Ok, I have five minutes so this is brief. However, this week I'm working on getting a new schedule flowing for myself. I need to get things done! Today, I got an amazing score and I'm hoping that happy feelings sticks around for the day. I'm fighting a cold too and it won't go away. I have coffee and chocolate milk...BOOYA!

Much love!

So yeah, this is new

Alright, alright, so for my friends and family, this is what is going on in my life!

I'm working on finishing up my Senior year of High School. That is a huge task all in itself. Along with that, I'm looking at colleges and requesting information from them. I'm trying to narrow the list down to three or four colleges to apply to after taking my A.C.T. By the looks of it, I have some BIG things coming up such as: testing at community college for this fall, applying for a job, applying for FAFSA, finishing out the Awana year, and finishing my school year. SO LOTS TO DO!

That is just the school portion of my life! I'd like to share something else. I've seen God's hand in my life quite a lot this year. It started at camp last summer while I was serving. I made it a point to read my Bible and journal every day. This became a part of my every day life over the summer. Once school started, I would still read my Bible, but journalling came few and far between. Most of the time if I wrote in my journal it was because I had a lot on my brain and just needed to get it out. I went through the book of Psalms since this summer and just finished it the other day. What an amazing thing! God has been in my life since I was younger, but I never saw just how much a part He has in my life. As I started my last high school year God was with me and listened to me when I felt like no one could understand. He has changed me and matured me from what I was last year around this time. As I go into this new adventure of life, I know God has His hand in it and am constantly asking for guidance.

He has blessed me with a great family and I'm thankful for them. I'm also beyond thankful for my best friends and new friends from school. Even though sometimes my school friends and I are crazy and no one understands what is going on, we have built a friendship that will last a long time. My best friend, who is in Cali attending college, has been there for me all year and for years past. I praise God for her being in my life. It is amazing to encourage and be encouraged by her.

This week is Spring Break and I plan on doing nothing! Nothing is nice considering that I'm busy with so much stuff.

Jeremiah 29:11-14a

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you," declares the Lord.

God Bless!
